That is one of the things I do to live "green" - take my own bags to the grocery store and Farmer's markets. W...Lovely bag....great idea making it up as a kit! We do many things to be green. We've switched lightbulbs in the fixtures we use most often to the curly bulbs; we have a garden and can/freeze it's produce; we set aside any metal 'junk' cans etc, to sell back to a recycling plant. Food scraps go to the chickens, we use paper to start our fires...I must have the best sorted garbage in town LOL!free indeedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00945613713062219160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1059979448727573400.post-12452420848358594182009-03-17T23:13:00.000-05:002009-03-17T23:13:00.000-05:00Great bag! While the rest of us are thinking green beer & green clothes, took it eco-green. Love it.

Eco-friendly...I guess I do the re-use thing the most. I 1/4 re-fill plastic bottles with water, freeze, and use to keep my beverage cold. Lately I've been scouting for good plastic containers for my clay work areas. They have air-holes in them, so the fruits and veggies stay fresher in there longer, it seems to me. They are also good for small toys that the grandkids take to the beach (little cars, boats, play people) as they sand falls out on the way back to the car as the kids are carrying their baggies of toys with them. We always stow them safely while the kids are playing as we never want to risk any plastic getting into the water where it could harm the aquatic life there....and then they are ready to re-use on the way home.Pathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03930049919252042391noreply@blogger.com
