Cowboy Country

Yes, right now we are the land of snow and ice, but it is still cowboy country up here, and when I received this customer quilt I knew just what to quilt on it. . In the middle is a cute over-all design of cowboy boots, hats, horseshoes and such to match the focus fabric, and barbed wire was just the thing for the plaid sashing and the outer border got a line dance of cowboy boots and hats ! This was such a fun quilt to quilt, and it's great when the fabrics really tell me what they want quilted. . . yes, they really do talk ! You just have to listen carefully.
Don't forget, you can

This is so cute. I want to send my quilt-top to you but 1. I am embarrassed because I am a hack quilter and 2. I have no idea how to put the binding and stuff on ... so 3. I'm thinking I should barter a mountain dulcimer for the whole thing and you figure it out for me. I love this quilt, it is really, really sweet. What size is it?

Hiya! I'm following you as Winged Expression now. Artsygrrl2002 died. lol. I had to downsize the number of email accounts I had, and the one used to create the Artsygrrl2002 blogspot got axed!

Btw...I have NO followers as winged-expression.blogspot.com so follow if you like! I'd also like input about the page layout. I'm hoping it's very clear and organized. Also tried to find embed codes from other sites so that I'm not posting pics to 6 sites all the time! lol I've noticed some gadgets can load slowly, so wondering about that too....

Anyway, can't wait to find that ND Horizons mag!

Ttyl,
Sara
